With extensive experience working alongside homelessness charities and local authorities including Vale of White Horse, South Oxfordshire, and Oxford City Council, Kazi has spent years supporting individuals in urgent housing need. Through this work, he witnessed a recurring theme: many of the challenges faced by adults in crisis often began in childhood, rooted in instability and inadequate care environments.
This realisation inspired Kazi to take action at the source — to help create positive, lasting change by providing children with the safety, support, and consistency they need to thrive.
At Oxfordshire Care, Kazi’s focus is simple but powerful to build excellent homes for Oxfordshire children, where emotional well-being, education, and personal growth are at the heart of everyday life. His mission is to ensure that local children can stay close to their schools, communities, and the places they know best — because every child deserves to grow up with a sense of belonging and stability.
