About us

A stable, caring home - where children thrive

At Watlington House, our first residential home in Oxford, we welcome up to three children aged 7 to 17. Here, care is not a fallback — it’s an opportunity to offer children a secure base to create positive memories, develop essential life skills, and prepare for independence.

What We Offer

Healing, participation & community

Therapeutic 24/7 Care

We provide round-the-clock, trauma-informed care with a professional, compassionate team. Each young person has tailored support plans to help them heal, build stability, and grow emotionally.

Life Skills & Participation

Kids actively take part in their daily lives — they personalize their rooms, help plan and prepare meals, vote on house activities, and contribute to setting rules. This builds confidence, responsibility, and prepares them for independent living.

Community & Belonging

Our home emphasizes staying connected to the local community. We ensure children maintain relationships, access local education and health services, and stay rooted in familiar places, not isolated in unfamiliar settings
